The Community set of policies and regulations deal with the district's interaction with the community as a whole, such as communications with the Board, Advisory Committees, and relations with other community groups.
What's the difference between a Board Policy and an Administrative Regulation?
Not all Board Policies have Administrative Regulations. Some Board Policies need additional instructions for DCSD staff to properly enforce the policy. These instructions are outlined in Administrative Regulations (AR).
Be sure to check the footnote on the Board Policy to see if there is an associated Administrative Regulation.
