Summer school is a district-wide remediation activity and includes interventions for grades 7-12. Summer School will be held at Douglas High School this year, June 17 - July 12, 2013. School hours are from 8:00am to 12:30pm. Please see the documents below for additional specific information.
Course offerings are developed based on student need. Courses will be offered for credit recovery, performance assessment completion/recovery, MAP score improvement, and passing the High School Proficiency Examinations (HSPE). Your registration for summer school must be completed through your school counselor.
There are fees associated with most courses and fees will not be waived. If you require financial assistance, a fee reduction request form is available. Ask your school counselor for more information.
